The location of the Diptera collection is on the third floor in the central building of the Hungarian Natural History Museum (H-1088 Budapest, Baross u. 13.).
Collection items are stored in a cabinet inventory system.
The material from the Carpathian Basin is separated from other materials. The arrangement within these two groups follows taxonomical order.
